When you visit the website
The site's own code does not set marketing or analytics cookies and does not build visitor profiles. Hosting and content-delivery infrastructure may process technical records such as IP address, request time, requested address and browser information to deliver the site, protect it and investigate faults.
The technical infrastructure is provided through Vercel. The provider's own privacy and retention practices also apply.
How the contact form works
Information entered in the contact form is not submitted to a database on the Devyap website. The form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. If you send it in WhatsApp, the information is processed by WhatsApp and Devyap under their respective terms and privacy practices.
If you contact Devyap directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp, your name, contact details and message are used to answer and manage the enquiry. Unnecessary copies should not be retained once the conversation is no longer needed, unless a valid record-keeping duty applies.
Sharing and external services
The site links to WhatsApp, email, telephone and Vercel infrastructure. When you open an external service, its terms apply and information may be processed outside Northern Cyprus. Remove identity, financial or health information that is not needed before sending a message.
Questions and requests
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of contact information you shared with Devyap by writing to info@devyapcyprus.com. Only information needed to verify the request should be requested from you.
The official data-protection authority in Northern Cyprus is the Personal Data Protection Board. Its website publishes Law 89/2007 and the rules on providing information to data subjects.
